Indigestion. Gastrointestinal disorders Useful tips for upset stomach, indigestion and
gastrointestinal diseases Symptoms of gastrointestinal diseases include nausea,
headache, dizziness, insomnia, chill over the body, etc. I’ll show you acupressure points, massage, exercises,
and so on to relieve pain. The common acupressure points for gastrointestinal
disorders are Zhongwan(中脘) and He Gu (合谷). Liangmen (梁門), next to Zhongwan, is also good
for treating gastrointestinal diseases. Quchi (曲池) and Shousanli (手三里) for gastroptosis Press Zusanli (足三里) to increase
the production of gastric acid Press Yanglingquan (陽陵泉) to decrease
the production of gastric acid Shangqiu (商丘) for ndigestion, vomiting, car sickness With a stuffy, unpleasant stomach, press
the reflexological intestine part in your palm. Liangqiu (梁丘) for stomach cramps and diarrhea Lidui (厲兌) and Neiting (内庭)
for stomach heat, nausea, and heartburn With a headache and chill caused by upset stomach,
do bloodletting on Shaoshang (少商). Acupressure points & location : Quchi, Shousanli, He Gu,
Intestine area, Zusanli, Yanglingquan, Shangqiu, Lidui, Neiting, Liangqiu
Thigh Massage : stomach and spleen meridian,
thigh reflexology Quchi (曲池), at the end of outer wrinkle of a bent arm Shousanli (手三里), a slightly concave part

two-finger-width apart with the leg fully extended Breathe out when pressing Zhongwan and Liangmen
in your abdomen, rotating 10 times clockwise. Press strongly the rest of the points,
rotating 10 times clockwise. Massage the upper thigh for 2~3 minutes
from the top of the knee to the groin. Spread your thumb and massage the inner thighs
from the top of knee to groin for 2~3 minutes. Body correction, Exercises, Breathing : self-correction,
Torso twist putting hands on Zhongwan, Pull one arm
with wide-stand Push hands up and down,
Belly breathing for parasympathetic activation Self-correct yourself with a chair with a backrest
lower than your shoulder blade. Twist 30 times while keeping
the same gravity on both feet. Stand with both legs wide apart, pull one arm fully,
and bounce further 10 times for each side. Push your palms up and down four times alternately
to stretch your body. When pushing your hands,
it’s more effective to lift your heels. Breathe in when pushing hands,
and breathe out when putting them together. Gastrointestinal diseases caused by stress can be resolved by breathing. Do a belly breathing : breathe in through the nose shortly,
and breathe out through the mouth longer
