  2. Doing planks wrong. You need to do cat and cow before you can do planks correctly. She's not engaging her core because she's sticking her ass up instead. Great ass but wrong exercise to be doing that.

  3. Never really feel like I ever get much when I'm only going at it for 10 minutes to be fair this would be a good thing for after you've hit muscle failure.

  4. Chris, I'm this close to becoming a member of THENX. My only worry is I have problems with the app not loading a lot of the time, even if I'm connected to wifi. Do you know if your app has been having problems, and if so is it going to be fixed? I just dont wanna subscribe and not be able to use it. I love THENX and I've been doing the workout of the day for 5 weeks straight every day and have seen serious changes in my body already. Thanks again.

  10. Good body, keep it up . Just a tip , stretch your hips lower back , quads and clalfs to unlock more leg strength , define calfs and a greater range in motion in the hips and it goes with out saying better health. 🙂 have a blessed one

  11. When the workout says round 1(4) times isn't that a 32 minute workout altogether? I'm assuming roughly 8 minutes each round?
