  9. I think I may have scar tissue building up around my left shoulder blade/trap/shoulder, no from posture… not sure…When I roll my shoulder backwards I get a clicking in the shoulder.

  13. How to know if our issue is Joint related or Chronic Kind of stiffness
    Can we do both(The Joint related and Chronic Related) Exercises, If we don't know our problem.
    Will it raise more issues if we do the Chronic pain stretches even if we don't have it and Vice versa
    All I know is i have a head forward tilt and Scapular Winging.

I did the pull up extending my neck, looking at the sky. Please tell me how I hurt my neck from pull up! Thanks!

  16. Hello. I work in an office 8 hours a day. I workout 4,5 days a week. Since 5 months I have a problem, a muscular like headache on the back of my head left side. I can move my head left and right properly and it feels more like a nerv musular problem than a bone problem. If I massage that area the pain becomes sharper and harder, it almost feels like a muscle wouldn't let the blood flow go trought. After the "backday" at the gym the pain gets worse, the only exercise that seems to help is walking up on something with my left foot and back, go up and back again with my left foot pulses that area of the head. Get dizzy from it sometimes and can hear less with my left ear than I do with the right. When I try relax my head muscles I can only feel the right side being relaxed. All of this started when I begin working in an office staying put 8 hours a day, have been to chiropracticant buy did not solve my problem. If it's a muscular notch or something like that, how can I untighten it? When I sit "superstraight" on the chair for 20 minutes or more the pain gets cranky, like the nervs are trying to settle right back again.

    At least for me, the most important thing facing neck pain is a good and firm pillow. We NEED to have a good support at night (aprox 8 hours everyday).

    Are You forgot what You do daily? Eat, Clothes, Shelter… All The "Good" Life of Yours is done using BAD things, Necessary Evil Weapons by Harming, Stealing, Kill Nature, Animals, Humans.
    I never Get Stiff Neck unless I overtraing (which I love because now I've almost 20 inch Neck, 210-230 lbs 6-12% bf most of the year), Never from Computer even I can stay Non Stop, No matter what working in Programing, Video Games (I'm dedicated Gamer too), Multitasking and much more…

    Stiff and the rest can Lead to Imprvements or Not (That is the Macabre Beauty)…is the same when Trying Building Muscles…Sore, Destroy Muscles, repair and build more.
    I never Get Stiff Neck unless I overtraining (I love this because now I'm almost 20 inch Neck, 210-230 lbs, 6-12% bf most of the year).
    Never from Computer even I can stay Non Stop, No matter what…working in Programming, Video Games (I'm dedicated Gamer too), Multitasking and much more…

    E.g. Your Pathetic Neck is Also Guilty (Why? Too Weak to Addapt), Don't Blame only Computers, Workouts and so on…
    There is Always at least Double Guilt…One can be more Main that others..
    I prefer to be Main Guilty All the Time that Pathetic Syndrome of Victim that can't Work More to Progress and See All things as Necessary Evil and Evolve.

  21. What can i do ? There is pain into my neck muscles. doctor said there is inflamation in the muscles and gave me steriodal drug . It relief pain but when ever i forget to take medicine the pain start again. Please help me out.

  25. Perhaps you can help. I'm generally fit but I have chronic pain in my ribs. Turns out I broke three ribs somewhere along the way and they didn't heal properly. I didn't even know that I broke them. Apparently, it happened a long time ago. They say there's no fixing it.

    So, what exercises and/or stretches will help alleviate this? It is the third rib up from the bottom and the two above that.
