calm music (calm music) – Practices, I am going to teach you how to take people up, energetically. And I am going to teach you how to change their mood, energetically. (exhaling) Push, exhale (exhales) And then sweeping this way, and pull, push. Watching your balance. Getting lost in the thought of your practice. Everything is becoming
about your practice. You’re obsessed with the movements. You’re obsessed with yourself. You’re obsessed with your hand. You’re obsessed with your chi. Combination of what I did. I wouldn’t have got it if
I just hovered the hand. Would’ve took longer. And just a little touch
here, a little touch here, a little touch in the middle. So, I went that side, this side, middle. Then, I hovered. (peaceful vibrating) And then right away, she started
to want to breathe there. So just talking to that third Chakra. So, do you see how she’s breathing here? But not really breathing here in this area that you were trying to open? So, then come here,
light touch, one finger. Yes. Hand off. Then, light touch, this
side, one finger or two. The come, light finger, right
in the middle, Solar Plexus. Then, hover your hand again. Real relaxed hand, just hover it. Real relaxed. In the beginning and Melissa was talking about the contractions she was feeling. How it was like more and more intense. People feel waves of contraction when you’re doing the energetic work. It’s making them contract, and it’s making expand, and it’s making contraction, then expand. The contraction part can
get pretty, you know, uncomfortable for some people,
and they’re like, “Okay.” Once they get more expansion, then they’re comfortable with it, then they’re like, “Oh,
this works awesome.” But until then, the contraction
can be uncomfortable. You may have a strong
will and determination, but in the face of what? This is the question. And so, right now, what’s
rising, and by the way, this happens for every human
being on the soul journey. You have time periods of your life that are more difficult. And of course you want ’em to go away. You want ’em to get rid of ’em. Some of you may be in the phase right now where life is pretty good. Maybe fairly smooth. Others, it’s tumultuous right now. It’s very difficult. It’s one of the hardest times
you ever had in your life, so on. So, the soul goes through
those experiences. You’d be wise to learn Qigong in any one of those phases (laughs). Then, you’re less
influenced by negativity. Because you’re bigger. So, those of you have been
students of mine for awhile, know this. My teaching to you is be the bigger wave. So when you say, “How do I not take on
somebody else’s negativity,” be the bigger wave. When I come to a healing session, and I deal with clients
who have these problems, and they’re suffering, and they have this and they have that, and they have the other thing, how do I deal with it? Be the bigger wave.

  2. Hi I started watching this because I read your msg with someone about your class in Calif. Than ouch pain in my back! This has happened before when I go to classes. I get everyone's pain! So I stopped going to classes. I am able to help some people heal, but I want to become more. A master one day like you. I'm not sure why this happens ! I could use some help with this! Thanks
