Hi my name is Nicole and I’ve been using Block
Therapy on and off for the last probably 6, 7 months and as much as I trying to incorporate
it in my life on a daily basis, I have incorporated it when I am really not well and having a
migraine and I have to say that about a month ago I had a severe migraine and I used the
Block and it really helped me and I just felt so much better. I do share Fluid Isometrics
and Block Therapy to everybody that I do speak to and encourage them to integrate that with
any of their holistic healing and I think that it is beneficial for everybody to look
at this as a really great therapy. It’s great for breathing, gives you oxygen, and gives you
just a regained balance into your life so I do encourage you to try it out because I
think there is a lot of great benefits.
