1. I'll miss you next week, but I hope you have a great vacation (holiday). Congratulations on getting your new audiologist! I can't wait to get to know him/her.

  2. Yay! So glad there'll be more help, maybe more videos? πŸ˜‰ Hope you enjoy your vacation, and thank you for another wonderful video πŸ™‚

  3. That was brilliant ! If I ever need ear treatment, guess where I’ll be going? πŸ˜‰ Down from Scotland too! πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

  4. I would like more of this style – following a single patient's complex issue over multiple visits – whenever possible please. =)

  5. Hi Mr Barber, I meant ask what causes such a an infection like this, what a state this ear was in, very clever man you are taking all tat away, will miss you next week. Margaret x

  6. Tidy peel Rhys. Do any of your patients sneeze or cough when you do this procedure? when I've had my ear cleaned, It always makes me sneeze or cough when the left one is done! I do enjoy the appearance of the crocodile forceps πŸ˜€

  7. ok, stupid question alert……would it not be good idea to create a small rubber grommet or at rubber tip with a beveled edge to use at the end of the tube to prevent further agrivation to the cannal wall?

  8. That was so interesting – thank you for showing us the different stages. Congrats on your new Audiologist – best of luck to them & you. Enjoy your time off – you will be missed πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘‚πŸ‘‚

  9. Just wow. I've not seen ear infection before; it looks terribly uncomfortable. Thank you for explaining throughout the 3 day process. Enjoy your time off and congrats on your new colleague!

  10. Congrats on the new addition to the 'family'!
That skin peel was EXCELLENT. Enjoy your time off, we'll all be ready and waiting for your return.

  11. I do love a good skin peel! It was amazing to see the difference between their first visit and their last too. Definitely a winning formula!

  12. Really really interesting to see a patient return twice and the difference in their ear. Enjoy your leave and congratulations on your new hire. I'm so pleased you're becoming popular enough to need one!

  13. Great work! It's nice to see the progress with the patient. Thanks for sharing! Have a great time on your leave and congrats on getting another audiologist! ; )

  14. I really like your thoroughness and professionalism in doing your work! Congratulations on hiring your new audiologist and enjoy your time off!

  15. You are just amazing. And I wholeheartedly agree, skin peels are where the men are separated from the boys, and my gosh are they ever so… satisfying!…

  16. Good Heavens, that infection gave me the willies, but I couldn't stop watching. Being a waxaholic, I'm curious as to how much addiction rehab will cost. πŸ˜‚ Happy to hear you're getting help. Sad that you'll be on holiday, but happy you'll get some rest. Take care!

  17. Enjoy your time off with mrs. B. Take time to take time. Hope you get to do some of the things you like. Happy week to you and your family.πŸ₯‚

  18. Hi Mr Barber, I was wondering if once your new audiologist is all settled in and you guys are less busy, if we could have a week of 5 videos again because getting a new audiologist would be a special occasion right. Or I was wondering if you are going to do another hour video like you did last February again , I know that was for a special occasion 100000 subscribers, I did notice you're almost at 200,000

  19. Congratulations on hiring the new audiologist!!! I’m excited to see what new content this allows you to create πŸ™‚ Speaking of, I love being able to see the follow up appointments so thank you for this format.

  20. I believe i was one to ask about the transition
So thank you. Very interesting informative and educational. Plus those skin peels are magnificent.

  21. If you are not infected and just blocked, are you able to describe what the sensation of have a β€˜clean’ or β€˜unblocking’ feels like for the patient? I just have this thing where I thing it would feel good.

  22. I doubt you will see this but I’ll try anyways. Have you ever seen a ear that constantly slowly drains thin opaque milky discharge that smells like vinegar? My GP thought it was swimmers ear, but after finishing treatment for it the problem still persists. It drains so much that my pillow is damp in the morning around the area my ear was. Love your videos! Thank you!

  23. Thanks so much for this extremely interesting video. I really enjoyed it.

I'm glad you've found a new team member, I hope it's the start of a beautiful friendship πŸ™‚

Last, but not least, have a great week off Rhys. You deserve some downtime πŸ™‚

  24. Hi, I am thinking of getting this procedure, can you please tell us if with this procedure there is a chance of getting a hearing loss or TTS?

    Many Thanks!

  25. I would love to know the difference this makes in hearing – the results of a hearing test before and after. That would be great information!
