  10. I practiced this evening after work, and I just calmed me. Mind you, I wasn't having a stressful day to begin with. I just wanted to continue the practice! And I could actually feel myself GLIDING into my downward dogs. This would be the most perfect way to start your day. Thank you, thank you!
