A migraine is nothing but
an intractable headache caused by hormonal changes sometimes. Sometimes it’s idiopathic,
or unknown cause. Treatments include just common
over-the-counter medications such as ibuprofen or Tylenol. If, suppose, the
migraines are intractable, there are several
other medications you could use to
prevent migraines. The initial simple
management of migraines is over-the-counter
ibuprofen, Tylenol, and simply going to a quiet place,
closing your eyes without any loud noises. If, suppose, the
migraines are intractable, typically you will
need a referral to a neurologist, who can put
you on medication to prevent migraines in the future.
