fun and yes you will look very goofy doing this as I always do and are very popular
episodes here on the VitaLife Show one of my favourite exercises this one
so what you’re going to do is it going to smile but you’re going to hold your face back
so if you are starting to get any wrinkles whatsoever you’re
minimizing this in your smile by holding them down and now you’re gonna do as you’re going
to do a big smile and you’re going to do 20 repetitions of
this so hold your face down smoothing out any wrinkles if you
do have them and smile and I know you’re probably laughing at
me right now but I’ll probably be laughing at you do if I could see you
doing this so 20 repetitions do this if you can
three times a day it’s awesome to do this in your car when
you’re driving and your at a red light people think you’re really waco but that’s okay it’s all in the
name of beauty now the next thing that all shares lymph
drainage for the face and what this does is help to remove the toxins that build up in the face in this is often
the missing link in so many women’s beauty routines so we’re going to do
first is bring your chin forward slightly and they’re gonna tap underneath your
chin and make sure you get all the sides underneath tapping nicely firmly enough
you don’t hurt yourself of course but firmly enough that you have that
effective stimulating the blood flow in this area I’ll demonstrate again so you want to do about 20 repetitions
of this as well great way to get the blood flowing you
actually feel that tingling you really if you’ll watch in the mirror you actually see that
it’s start to get nice and red now the second part of this lymph
drainage is to actually move the fluid so the first move is basically gently
grasping behind your ears so if you see that and you’re going to
be moving forward along your jaw line very light touch because the lymph is
right beneath your skin surface so you don’t wanna
press hard because you actually shut down the lymph system very light touch 20
repetitions like this and now 20 repetitions in the downward motion on the neck and again to see this a little bit
closer up down the neck like this again just 20 repetitions that helps to
drain the lymphatic system that goes towards always towards your heart

  3. I've been doing these for two weeks now. No changes, visually, but my skin is incredibly soft, like silk or satin!

  4. These exercises are great and although the results wont probably be as dramatical as with plastic surgery they are worth doing them. I feel happy to see quick results.

    Also, would it be possible that you please post advice on how to detoxify oneself from heavy metals and vaccines? Thank you in advance

  6. Day 3 of following these exercises and I can see a difference. I am doing them quite a few times a day. I have researched all non surgical facelifts here in London and, doctors say this is the best way. It makes sense after all. To tone your body you exercise. So, must be same with your face. Thank you so much for taking the time to upload these videos. You have helped me so much

Hi 🙂 recently I was doing some face exercises to tone cheek n jaw n my masseter muscle got bigger n hurts .they said it shouldn't have if only been doing three days .anyway I think may be tmj .must overworked it 🙁 but I also noticed lil fat under my chin now that I didn't have hopefully it's just swellon also .I hope but if I wait few days n start your exercises for jaws .will my masseter muscle get bigger again wht do you think about that .I thought face exercise was to tighten n make look better not make muscle get bigger as in mines did

  10. I had a flabby face after losing weight, it's flabby that i can stretch the slouches out, and i've never do this exercise.. Is it really and quickly help? Or its results take so long and pressure to show?

    I just wanted to ask a quick question. How many times a day should you drain your lymphatic system? I've been doing it more than once a day and I don't know if I should and wanted your advice.



  12. I've been doing the lymph drainage exercise for 5-6 weeks. The skin under my jowl became firmer, less saggy! I've started to see the change after about 3 weeks. (Can I just slap my whole body to be more tight? 😉 )
    I added the smiling exercise lately to see what happens…

  13. Wow, I literally just started doing these exercises 2 days ago and I'm already seeing results! I just turned 40 and noticed by cheeks were starting to sag really bad. Most of the women on my mom's side have the same problem so assumed it was just something that was going to happen to me. Then I said to myself…nope, I don't mind being 40 but I'm not ready to look old. So I found this video, plus your channel, and I'm really glad I did!

    No doubt face Yoga(yoga in general) is really good but, even your Nasolabial lines r clearly there! Aging is inevitable and, we could just exercise and, eat well to not look our age! That's it! The reality!

Ever heard of – Jenrooklyn Facial Mummification – (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my friend got excellent success with it.

  19. Where do we begin. The face begins to sag because of volume loss, descending fat pads, and loss of skin elasticity. Facial exercises DO NOT increase volume.
